Els Quatre Gats Sengri
Makes 8 glasses.
   One bottle of red wine
   1 cinnamon stick
   Zest of three oranges
   3 cloves
   4 tbsp honey
   2 tbsp Cognac
   1 cup boiling water
   Pour the wine into a saucepan and add the cinnamon stick.
   Heat on high and as soon as it comes to the boil, add the orange zest and cloves.
   Bring back to boil, add honey, Cognac and water.
   Serve hot in thick, heatproof glasses.
