Lamb Rump Marinated in Cinnamon and Lemon
   1 tsp ground cinnamon
   Half tsp ground cloves
   Half tsp crushed black peppercorns
   1 tsp salt
   Zest and juice of half a lemon
   1 glass white wine
   1 glass olive oil
   2 bay leaves


   Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and marinate the lamb rumps for at least 4 hours, before cooking as required.
