Green T. Ice Cream
Serves 4
   1 tsp chopped green tea leaves
   200g light (single) cream
   3 tsp caster sugar
   Green tea powder (for colour)
   200g milk
   225ml lemon juice

Steep the chopped green tea leaves in hot water.
   Beat together the cream and sugar until creamy.
   Add the green tea powder, chopped leaves and 3 teaspoons tea water, milk and lemon juice.
   Mix well. Freeze, then serve with fresh pear and honey.
